Questions and Answers Some of your questions may be answered here. If you still have questions,please use our "guestbook" page to submit any questions you may have. Some of the questions and comments below were taken from customer letters and e-mails. Please Note: We contact ALL our customers via e-mail, (as long as the customer provides us with their e-mail address.) We will e-mail you upon receiving your order to let you know that we have recieved it, also at that time we will provide you with an approximate ship date. We will e-mail you again on the day that your item(s) ship. We provide this service to keep you informed on the status of your order and when to expect delivery of your order.
Question; Can you please tell me the difference between the U.S.P.S shipping, and the Fed Ex shipping? Answer; U.S.P.S. shipping,(united states postal service). If you choose this method of shipping, we do not gaurantee that your order will arrive safely or in a timely manner. If your order gets lost in the mail or for some reason you don't receive it, you (the customer) would then need to file a claim with the U.S.P.S. in your area for any due compensation of loss. Palio Associates/Palio Photo Gifts are not responsible for any loss or damage. Fed Ex shipping, If you choose this method of shipping, your order is gauranteed to be delivered and can also be tracked during its shipping process to insure safe and timely delivery.
Question; I printed my order form and sent it to you by mail about one week ago. I received my order from you today and I'm very pleased with the quality along with it's vivid color. I just have one question for you, How where you able to get my order to me so quickly? Answer; Most customers receive their orders within 10 business days after we've received they're orders, time of year and choice of payment used may lenghthen this time frame. (This statement refers to all items except the Photo Throw.) We are able to get our orders out much more quickly because our customers are dealing with us directly, and not dealing with all the red tape that's involved with a large catalog operation. If the payment sent with your order was made with a Money Order, your order is processed same day upon our receiving your order. If the payment sent with your order was made with a Bank Check, then your order would be processed in 3 business days. If the payment sent with your order was made with a Personal Check, your order is processed in 7 business days upon receiving your order. (This is due to Bank Clearing.)
Question; My personalization was misspelled, and parts of my personalization were not included on my item. What happened?? Answer; Your personalization was not proof read prior to printing to make sure that the spelling was correct, we can only assume that the spelling of your personalization is correct and the way you wanted it to read.(unless misspelling is obvious, in this case you will be contacted.) Your personalization was not kept within the box lines. Once you've filled out the order form, check it for accuracy and also to make sure that you can read your "Entire" personalization within the box lines before going to print.
Question; I was given your web address by a friend and told to check it out. I've read through all the pages and I'm impressed with what I've read. However, I do have a question about the pictures I see on your pages because they look washed out. If I order from your company, will my items look as they appear on you website? Answer; No! Your items will look far better and have a crisp look with vivid color. The brighter the color you have in the photo's you send, will produce more vivid color in the finished product. (P.S. The photo's you see on these pages were taken with a digital camera indoors using a flash, this along with the upload process to place the photo's on the website caused them to appear washed out.)
Question; Can I send you a poem or a short phase to put on a transfer item? Answer; Yes! You may choose to have all words on any "Transfer Item", Their will be an added charge of "$3.50". You may suggest a white or light-medium color font to be matched with a white or light-medium color background. But remember this, the longer your phrase/poem, the smaller your words will appear on the finished product, so our suggestion is don't over do it. A comfortable limit is no more than 20 words. Contact us if you have any questions.
Question; If I order from all three order forms, do I need to send three different checks? Answer; No. You can send one check for all three order forms, just add all three "Order Totals", together, then write that amount on one check.
Question; Can I place an order and have it shipped to Hong Kong, or to another country? Answer; No. We do not provide overseas shipping. This will be up to the customer to forword once received. The customer must provide us with a physical U.S. street address in which to ship their items, Fed Ex and UPS will Not deliver to a P.O. Box! Also, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped at a higher rate. Please contact us for these rates prior to placing your order.
